Role Overview
This role will work closely with the Senior Accounts Executive in managing day-to-day activities of the Accounts department.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform day to day financial transactions on AP and AR
- Assist and support in month end closing
- Handle monthly account reporting
- Perform timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts
- Maintain good documentation and filing system
- Verify creditors invoices/bills
- Follow up with clients the overdue accounts by constant telephone calling and follow up the payment arrangement
- Provide action required by preparing reminder letters, invoices, SOA and send to clients via emails and mails
- Provide admin support
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Specification
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 year of related working experience
- Basic knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rules & regulations

- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:45am to 6pm alternate Saturdays, 8:45am to 1pm
