Under the direction of the Manager, the incumbent's responsibilities and description include the following:
Key responsibilities:
. Responsible for a portfolio of clients and special assignments
. Timely and accurate input of clients accounts payable and accounts receivable
. To prepare clients full set of accounts, month end closing, quarterly GST returns and any other ad-hoc assignments
. Corporate tax computation, filing and return
. Prepare compilation of unaudited financial statements for various industries in accordance with SFRS/IFRS
. Ensure firms service standard and clients reporting deadline are met
. Share knowledge and expertise with team members
Assist in any other assignment or special projects as required
Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree in Accounting
. Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting or equivalent experience is a must
. Min 3 years of relevant experience
. Candidates without prior relevant experience may apply for assistant position
. Positive work attitude and meticulous
. Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure
. Possess initiative and ability to work independently
. Good team player and able to communicate well in English and Chinese (to handle Chinese speaking clients, and to read documents in Chinese)
. Familiar with Xero, UBS Accounting software, CCH ProSystem FX Engagement and Microsoft application will be an added advantage
. Salary: $2,600 - $3,800
. 5 days work week, Monday - Friday
. East (Tai Seng) working area
