Accounts Executive/ Accountant

Our company, with operations primarily in China and a warm, close-knit office environment in Singapore, is looking to hire an Accounts Executive/ Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including preparation of the full set of accounts, group consolidation, account reconciliations, cash flow management, and day-to-day finance operations.
• Ensure compliance to regulations, accounting policies and procedures in relation to audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters.
• Liaises with overseas finance teams and external parties including auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary.
• Assist in office administrative and HR matters.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent for the Executive role and a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent for the Accountant role.
• 3 years of working experience in similar field.
• Prior experience in accounting firm will be an added advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position involves communication with China offices.
• Strong attention to details, willing to learn, and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a small team or a start-up environment.
