Description
- Liaise with manufacturing teams in China and Thailand to verify production costs, shipment details, and payment schedules
- Ensure timely communication and documentation between HQ and factories
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients
- Track invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments
- Monitor incoming payments and reconcile them with issued invoices
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and aging reports
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and factories
- Assist in verifying purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal and external audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial transactions
- Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams on finance-related matters
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Profile
The Successful Candidate Should Have
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with stakeholders in China
