- Handle full sets of accounts and management accounts
- Prepare and submit Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Handle inter-billing between entities within the group
- Verify client invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Monitor and track client payments
- Generate monthly sales reports
- Process vendor and supplier invoices for payment approval
- Process and tabulate staff expenditure claims
- Record sales invoices for intercompany charges
- Liaise with auditors and corporate tax agents when required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and MYOB accounting systems
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
