Accounts Executive (1-Year Contract)

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to support day-to-day finance operations and month-end accounting activities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle general ledger entries, journals and month-end closing
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules
• Support AR and AP functions, including postings and payment-related activities
• Prepare accruals, prepayments and other accounting adjustments
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with financial reporting
• Reconcile deposits and process refunds where required
• Work closely with internal departments on finance and accounting matters
• Support ad hoc finance projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting / finance experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on full-set accounting experience
• Strong experience in GL, journals, reconciliations and month-end closing
• Prior experience in property management, real estate or MCST accounting will be an advantage
• Comfortable handling high transaction volumes
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with good communication and organisational skills
