Accounts Executive (1 Year Contract)

Job Highlights

• Location: Changi North (Transport Provided)

• Salary Range: Up to $4,500 per month

• Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:18 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Accounts Payable matters and manage the outsourced AP team

• Coordinate weekly calls with the third-party AP team to resolve issues

• Prepare payment packages for approval and ensure timely vendor payments

• Perform supplier statement reconciliation, review aged AP items, and follow up on outstanding balances

• Support urgent payment requests when required

• Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts and analyse inventory and WIP ageing reports

• Assist in improving forecasting accuracy and efficiency

• Validate sales invoices and issue e-invoices to customers

• Prepare supporting documents for intercompany re-billing and manage monthly intercompany netting

• Support monthly and quarterly accounting activities, including GST reporting, accruals, and account reconciliations (AP, GRIR, Cash at Bank)

• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and other assigned duties

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Finance operations

• Experience working with Shared Services or outsourced AP teams is an advantage

• Familiar with GST reporting and intercompany transactions

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines
