Role Overview
Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Singapore payroll administration for approximately 150 employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue customer invoices, monitor AR balances, follow up on overdue payments, and perform AR reconciliations and aging analysis
Record customer receipts, resolve billing discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams on billing and credit matters
Support month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and ad-hoc finance tasks
Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and final pay
Handle CPF submissions, IRAS filings (IR8A, IR21, Appendix 8A/8B), and payroll reporting
Manage payroll matters for new hires and resignations in compliance with MOM regulations
Ensure compliance with Employment Act, CPF Act, and IRAS requirements and support audits
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
2-5 years experience in AR and Singapore payroll
Strong knowledge of CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
Experience with accounting/payroll systems and strong Excel skills
