Job Description

Role Overview
Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Singapore payroll administration for approximately 150 employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with statutory and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, monitor AR balances, follow up on overdue payments, and perform AR reconciliations and aging analysis

  • Record customer receipts, resolve billing discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams on billing and credit matters

  • Support month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and ad-hoc finance tasks

  • Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and final pay

  • Handle CPF submissions, IRAS filings (IR8A, IR21, Appendix 8A/8B), and payroll reporting

  • Manage payroll matters for new hires and resignations in compliance with MOM regulations

  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, CPF Act, and IRAS requirements and support audits

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

  • 2-5 years experience in AR and Singapore payroll

  • Strong knowledge of CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations

  • Experience with accounting/payroll systems and strong Excel skills
