Job Summary
Manage full set of accounts and payroll for an air-conditioning systems company, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and timely processing of payments and submissions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record accounts receivables and accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate financial data
- Calculate monthly payroll and update employee personal files and records to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Process suppliers invoices and vendor payments promptly to maintain good supplier relationships
- Reconcile monthly financial transactions and prepare related financial reports for management review
- Perform GST reconciliation and submit required filings to IRAS in compliance with tax regulations
- Prepare annual audit documents and liaise with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes
- Support HR functions including maintaining compliance with MOM regulations and managing Work Pass matters
- Assist with administrative duties and related functions to support office operations
- Attend to ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor to meet business needs
- Utilize MYOB or equivalent accounting software to manage financial records efficiently
- Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks
Required competencies and certifications
- Prior experience handling full set accounts for an ACMV/ M&E or similar company
- Proficiency in MYOB or equivalent accounting software
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with MOM regulations and Work Pass administration
