Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced marine fuels and shipping Accountant and HR executive to assist with AR/AP, banking's matters and HR for our petroleum trading and vessel-owning company.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting functions related to oil trading and maritime operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Assisting human resource management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and HR initiatives with organizational objectives
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports to support decision-making and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in financial and HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement
