Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts using QuickBooks (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, reporting).
Handle payroll, CPF contributions, and employee records in compliance with Singapore labor laws.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
Support sales with order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
Manage procurement including purchase requests, vendor coordination, and stock monitoring.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, HR, or related field.
2-5 years experience in accounting and HR (experience in electronics/semiconductor preferred).
Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Singapore labor laws, CPF, and GST compliance.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple functions independently.
