Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts using QuickBooks (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, reporting).

  • Handle payroll, CPF contributions, and employee records in compliance with Singapore labor laws.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

  • Support sales with order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.

  • Manage procurement including purchase requests, vendor coordination, and stock monitoring.

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, HR, or related field.

  • 2-5 years experience in accounting and HR (experience in electronics/semiconductor preferred).

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel.

  • Knowledge of Singapore labor laws, CPF, and GST compliance.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple functions independently.
