Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts cum HR Executive to managethe full spectrum of accounting and HR functions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts, payroll, work pass applications, and worker administration, including coordination with dormitories.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)
. We use ABSS Accounting Software - Prepare yearly financial statements
- Liaising with auditors for year-end statutory accounts
- Knowledge of closing entries and trial balance roll-forward
- Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Prepare and submit IR8A and related tax forms at year-end
Payroll & HR Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll
- Submit CPF contributions accurately and on time
- Manage staff annual leave records and entitlements
- Apply for and renew Work Permits (WP), S Passes (SP), and Employment Passes (EP)
- Maintain updated records of staff pass statuses and expiry dates
- Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on work pass matters
- Coordinate workers accommodation with dormitories
- Manage workers welfare and documentation (e.g. medical checkups, insurance, onboarding)
