Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and check daily bank balances and ensure sufficient funds for operational requirements.
  • Process and follow up on client subscription and redemption forms.
  • Handle IPO applications and related administrative matters.
  • Maintain FDI-related supporting documents (e.g., MT103, MT199, 6-Pointer-KYC, FIRC, FCGPR, etc.)
  • Prepare and process payment instructions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update fund bifurcation records.
  • Perform NAV and factsheet review, identify discrepancies, and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Coordinate and follow up on fixed deposit (FD) placements.
  • Perform fund repatriation and related banking documentation.
  • Upload and maintain trade transactions in the relevant systems.
  • Assist with re-KYC processes, including reviewing and updating client information and supporting documents.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for fund-related transactions.
  • Assist with general accounting, administrative and operational matters as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in fund management, asset management, finance, accounting or banking operations will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive in identifying issues, following up and completing tasks.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Working Expectations

This is a results-oriented role that supports time-sensitive fund management and investment operations. Longer working hours may occasionally be required, particularly during periods of high workload, transaction deadlines, fund activities, or other time-sensitive operational requirements. Candidates should be prepared to work beyond normal office hours when necessary to ensure that critical tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What We Are Looking For

We value someone who does not simply wait for instructions but takes initiative, follows through and gets things done. The ideal candidate is organised, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day fund operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

If you are a proactive individual who enjoys working independently and wants to build your career in fund management, we would like to hear from you.
