Provide administrative and paperwork support for the daily operations of the Admin Department
Manage assets tagging and tracking
Coordinate stationery, toilet, and pantry supplies ordering
Maintain general office upkeep and cleanliness
Oversee the cleaner's schedule and duties
Assist with procurement of office supplies, partition materials, and tools
Handle data entry and document filing
Manage construction workers daily schedules
Assist in planning and coordinating company events (e.g. birthday celebrations, company trips)
Perform accounts data entry (AR/AP)
Support basic HR administrative functions
Carry out any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma, preferably in Administration or related fields
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in general administrative duties preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with accounting software

Responsible, dedicated, and hardworking
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal skills able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to speak, read, and write Chinese, as this role liaises with China suppliers
5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
