The Accounts cum Admin Executive is responsible for handling the company's accounting, financial, and administrative functions to support smooth business and construction project operations. The role includes bookkeeping,payroll, billing, documentation, procurement coordination, office administration, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Performs duties in a highly confidential and ethical manner.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and office administration.
  • Positive attitude with enthusiasm to learn and pick up new skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
