Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify and update suppliers invoices
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers
  • Perform regular reconciliation of suppliers accounts
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
  • Check sales and AR-related transactions
  • Prepare sales invoices and monitor customer payments
  • Generate sales reports
  • Prepare payroll and CPF submissions
  • Monitor drivers pass validity (e.g. Driving Licence, HAZMAT Licence, Work Permit, PSA Pass, Jurong Pass, Vehicle PSA Pass)
  • Maintain employee records (e.g. annual leave, medical leave, personal particulars)
  • Monitor company cash flow
  • Prepare payment vouchers and receipts
  • Track vehicle-related matters (e.g. VPC, road tax, insurance, inspection, season parking)
  • Provide general finance and administrative support
  • Handle filing and documentation
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers
  • Basic knowledge of accounting functions preferred

    Knowledge of Accounting Software ( ABSS-MYOB ), Payroll ( iHRMS / iSupperSuite)
