Work Location: Walking distance from Jurong East MRT, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 per month + Variable Bonus (VB)
1. Key Purpose of the Role
- Provide accurate and timely support in handling daily accounting functions and records.
- Assist in administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Support finance and project teams with coordination, documentation, and reporting.
2. Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and collection follow-up.
- Assist in preparing financial documents, expense reports, and month-end closing activities.
Maintain proper filing of accounting records, payment vouchers, and administrative documents. - Support the Finance Manager in liaising with vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
3. Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be highly preferred.
