ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Maintain proper filing and documents of accounting records
- Handle general administrative duties and provide office support
- Assist with preparation of reports and other documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal departments when necessary
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior or Management
Requirements:
- Diploma / LCCI / relevant accounting qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in handling accounts duties experience in the construction Industry will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of ACCPAC and Ezy accounting software will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, responsible, possession of a good working attitude and a team player
