Job Description

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Role Overview:
The Accounts & Admin Assistant / Executive is responsible for supporting the finance and administrative functions of the company, including managing accounts, financial reporting, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

Accounts

1. Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

2. Handle bank reconciliations, cash-flow, GL and GST submission

3. Manage collection activities by following up on outstanding payments via calls and emails, sending reminder letter and review customer account activity.

4. Process vendor invoices and payments accurately with timeline

5. Process of corporate card transactions and staff claims

6. Daily sales report.

7. Assist in month-end and year-end closing

8. Assist in statutory audit and tax analysis

9. Liaises with Auditor, Tax Agent, Secretary

10. Handling multi-currency transactions

11. Generate DO & Invoices

12. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounts and administrative functions is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
