Accounts cum Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable by performing 3-way verifying of invoice, goods receipt note or delivery order, service report, bills, fees or statement of accounts and enter into AMS System
- Issue payment vouchers for petty cash
- Make arrangements for company vehicles to undergo LTA inspection, road tax renewal, insurance renewal and all necessary repairs and maintenance
- Process payment to suppliers and prepare payment vouchers
- Manage Inventory stock for day-to-day inventory operation and stock records
- Ensure correct usage of item codes of inventory across internal stakeholders
- Review and report on inventory variances and follow up on discrepancies
- Check delivery order quantity is correctly entered into stock at AMS System
- Support and involve in stock take exercises
- Handle phone calls and perform any other administrative duties assigned
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Any other ad-hoc job duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level, A Level, Diploma in Accounting, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates with Diploma in Accounting are welcome to apply
- Effectively bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application for work effectiveness e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Good analytical and numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Team player, responsible and possess a positive attitude
