Prepare and Oversee AR and AP functions, ensuring timely invoicing, payment execution, and accurate receipting.
Contributed to monthly and year-end closing processes, assisting in the reconciliation of accounts and audit schedules.
Generated ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making and tracking.
Attend and manage department's administrative and other requisite eg Stationery and Filing
Executed administrative and support duties to ensure smooth daily operations eg: Registration, Enrolment and Admissions / De-registration, Deposit collection etc. with Social Work Team
Carry out any other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Requirements
Minimum ITE/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
5 days work week plus 1 Saturday (Half day) .
1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Competent in accounting systems and MS Office (Advanced Excel skills, Sharepoint , Intranet are a plus).
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Available to start immediately or on short notice.
