Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support accounting functions including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial administration, with training provided for entry-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Prepare sales invoices promptly and accurately for billing purposes
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records to support financial reporting
- Assist with daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles to support accurate financial management
- Experience with full set of accounts is advantageous for handling comprehensive accounting tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and MYOB software to efficiently manage accounting and administrative work
- Positive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively
- Meticulous, organized, and analytical approach to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
