  • Support day to day finance operations
  • Prepare Simple full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
  • Assisting in a simple set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing.
  • Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims
  • Ensure documents (hard & soft copy) are filed promptly and accurately
  • Weekly/Monthly cash flow management reporting, Intercompany transactions, and reconciliations and office admin jobs
  • Able to hand office Administrative duties.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor


  • Candidate prefer Diploma/ITE in Finance/Accountancy or LCCI /ACCA equivalent
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for numbers and details
  • At least 1-2 years in assisting partial Accounting Experience. Fresh grade is welcome
  • Team player, independent, good problem-solving and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel),MYOB system
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

Location and Working Hours:

. Availability:Full-time (40 hrs/wk) , Monday to Friday 9:00am-18:00pm

. Location: Orchard MRT
