Job Description

Accounts Clerk
Accounts Clerk needed in Accounts department to support other Accounting staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Check and record daily transactions/data entry
  • Maintain filing and financial documentation
  • answer phone calls and respond to finance related enquiries
  • maintain warehouse records of file including file destruction records
  • handle receptionist duties/stand in for receptionist when needed

Skills Required

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • ability to focus and work diligently
  • able to work in a group but also able to work independently to meet deadlines

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school, NITEC, or diploma qualification
  • Experience in accounting or admin work
  • Fresh graduates may apply
