We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Clerk to support our finance and payroll operations.
This role is suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge who are keen to learn and grow in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry
- Accurately input daily financial transactions into Excel spreadsheets
2. Crew Payroll
- Assist in the preparation of crew / seafarers payroll and reconciliation using payroll software
3. Administrative Support
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the superior
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Education :
- Minimum GCE O-Level, with basic accounting knowledge or formal accounting studies
2. Technical Skills :
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Comfortable using payroll or accounting software
3. Attention to Detail :
- High level of accuracy and meticulousness in numerical data entry
4. Organisation :
- Able to manage deadlines effectively
- Well-organised in maintaining crew / seafarers payroll records
5. Attitude :
- Keen learner
- Team player with a positive working attitude
