We are a third-party logistics (3PL) company providing reliable and efficient transport solutions for a wide range of cargo, including containerised, project, and special handling shipments. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant (Billing) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices
- Ensure all invoices are complete and reflect correct amounts, terms, and conditions
- Prepare credit notes with proper supporting documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform departmental administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome candidates with 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation
