Job Description

1. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers.

2. Invoice Processing

  • Generate and process invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues with customers.

3. Bank Reconciliation

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.

4. Expense Management

  • Review and process employee expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

5. Financial Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.

6. Vendor Management

  • Maintain relationships with vendors and address any billing inquiries.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Job Types:

  • Full-time, Permanent

Pay:

  • $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Accounting: Fresh graduates welcome. However, 1 year experience (Preferred)
