Job Description:
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Process invoices, payments and staff claims
Perform bank reconciliations
Assist with month-end closing and financial reports
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and banks when required
Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP or similar) is an advantage
