Position: Account Assistant (Full-Time)
Job Description:
. Handle Account payable, Account Receivables and report to Account Manager on AR listing
. Answer customer phone call & reply client email
. Prepare invoices/debit note and credit note, update to system for receive payments
. Bank Reconciliation
. Prepare Giro & cheque payments
. Follow up closely with outstanding collections
. Check daily bank statement
. Issue debit note and credit note
. Issue reminder letter and repo letter
. Any ad-hoc duties and support when necessary
Job Requirement:
. at least 2 yrs experience in relevant fields
. must possess basic accounting knowledge
. good communication skills

. Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6.15pm
