Job Description:
- Verify, record, and process supplier invoices with appropriate account coding and authorization.
- Support month-end closing and year-end closing procedures by preparing AP reports and assisting with audits as required.
- Perform accurate data entry and recording.
- Assist with inventory-related accounting entries.
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and presentation slides for management meetings.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Sort incoming letters
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Visit banks for submission of physical documents.
- Support other accounting-related duties and administrative support when required.
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role (Candidate with more experience will be considered for executive role)
- Experience working in the F&B industry will be advantageous
- A Diploma in accounting is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team
- Meticulous and sensitive to numbers
