Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and follow up on quotations and invoices.
Assist in maintaining a set of accounts including AP, AR and monthly closing of GL.
Assist in checking and preparation of GST.
Prepare monthly statement of accounts and follow-up on outstanding invoices and payment.
Monitor deadlines. Attend and follow-up with customer email enquiries.
Perform administrative duties including data entry official forms, updating of records, filing, dispatching and general upkeep of office.
Perform any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

. LCCI, Diploma or equivalent in Accounting or related fields.
. Meticulous with high level of accuracy in work.
. Language ability to handle invoice enquiries from China and Malaysia.
. Willing to adapt to a new environment to learn new knowledge, self-motivated and able to work independently in a quiet environment.
. Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
. Singaporean or PR. Mature candidates who are seeking for work life balance are welcome. Option for full-time or part-time job.
