Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR),Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) functions and month end closing
  2. Prepare journal entries, AR & AP reconciliation and financial schedules to support reporting
  3. Assist in preparing financial and management reports
  4. Monitor cash flow, payments, collections, and ensure timely settlement of invoices
  5. Preparation of GST for submission
  6. Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and professional advisors on related matters
  7. Preparation for tax schedules and assist in the replies to tax agent
  8. Maintain proper filing of accounting records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  9. Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

  • Diploma in Accounting discipline or abovewith minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting role
  • Knowledge of accounting terminology andmanage full set of accounts
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidentialinformation
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets,and financial reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)and accounting software Microsoft Dynamics Central 365 will be a plus.
