About the RoleAs an Account Assistant, you will support daily finance operations such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and month-end closing. Reporting to a senior team member, you'll work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

- Salary Range: Up to $2,800/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Bonus Rewards: AWS and performance-based variable bonus
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies, and maintain financial records using the ERP system
- Prepare customer invoices, process vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Assist in month-end closing tasks such as journal entries and ledger reconciliations
- Organize and maintain financial documentation in compliance with audit and statutory requirements
- Support cross-functional teams on ad-hoc financial analysis and operational reporting
What They're Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics, freight, or air cargo
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
