Position: Accounts Assistant
Job Description:
- Prepare and process staff claims to ensure all claims are paid efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with relevant staff to address and resolve claim-related inquiries. 3. Prepare payment vouchers and notify individual staff with claim advice.
- Handle external and internal queries from staff and vendors via phone and email.
- Perform other finance-related ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- O level or LCCI diploma
