The Account Assistant will provide accounting support to the Finance Team, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, providing support in accounts payables and receivables. This position is on a part-time basis working either half-day everyday or full-day on 2.5-days work week.
Job Description
. Recording receipts and preparing payments
. Creating donor records in Donor Management System
. Monitor procurement for the organisation's program
. Filing financial records and important documentation
. Collating and submitting documents from conferences for yearly audit
. Any other adhoc duties assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
. Minimum O Level, professional certificate / NITEC in office skills
. Basic accounting knowledge
. Some related working experience is preferred
. Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
. Good verbal and written communication skills
