Accounts Assistant (Payable)

• Position : Accounts Assistant (AP | Payable)
• Location : Kallang
• Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,400 Basic + 14 days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Audio Visual | Lighting and Sound

Main Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expense claims and reimbursements
• Liaise with suppliers on billing and payments
• Perform data entry, journals and AP transactions
• Handle accounts payable and ensure timely closing
• Perform reconciliation (AP, bank, accounts)
• Support GST reporting and filing
• Maintain inventory records and monthly reports
• Assist AR duties when required

Requirements:

• Atleast 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
• Immediate starter is preferred
