Roles & Responsibilities
Process payment vouchers and handle accounts payable tasks
Manage posting and recovering of expenses
Assist with audit confirmation requests from clients
Responding to inquiries from different departments.
Aid in bank reconciliation and diligently follow up to clear any unreconciled items.
Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related.
Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity.
Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy
