Job Descriptions:
- Check invoices, delivery order to ensure payment are correctly made
- Handling procurement Invoices.
- Handling claims.
- Data entries and recording financial transactions
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior.
- Handle partial set and accounting tasks like data entry, invoice processing
- Familiar with Quickbook and Xero software
Requirements:
- Minimum a GCE N or GCE O Level, LCCI book-keeping
- Good interpersonal skills
- Conversant with Microsoft Excel
