Job Description:
1) Tracking and Recording Transactions via spreadsheet and Accounting Program
2) Processing Payables and Receivables
Issue or receive payments, update records, administer payment-related notifications or communications to customers or clients.
3) Invoicing Customers or Partners
Issue itemized invoices, prepare documents, ensure accuracy, distribute and track progress.
4) Contributing to Financial Statement Preparation
Support senior and accounting partner to prepare income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets including compiling data and checking against internal records.
5) Quality Control and Accuracy Checks
Review financial data to ensure both accurate and up to date, correct discrepancies & report to senior staff members.
Qualification & Requirement:
1) Min Diploma or 3-5 years relevant experience
2) Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets and Accounting software like Xero or Quickbook
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office and 365
4) Meticulous with attention to details
5) Ability to interact with customers and vendors in a productive yet courteous manner.
6) LCCI/ACCA certifications preferred.
