Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

• Computation of Financial Adviser Representatives commission using EXCEL
• Perform commission data processing using in-house commission software
• Liaise with Carriers and Advisers on commission issues
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder preferably with 2 years working experience
• On job training provided
• Positive disposition, most importantly with good working attitude
• Must be meticulous, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Good team player, and able to work under pressure to meet tight monthly deadlines
• Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written
• Prior experience with good EXCEL skills a must, Microsoft software will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
