Job Description:
1. Perform accounting duties such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger, Data entry, invoicing and payments.
2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
3. Attend to all emails and enquires from associates in a timely manner.
4. Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts for assigned entity.
5. Assist in any ad-hoc projects or task as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Committed and meticulous with positive work attitude
- Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
