Overviews:
We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks for a reputable wholesaler and distributor company. The ideal candidate would be someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle partial sets of accounts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable, including issuing payments to trade and non-trade suppliers
- Reconcile Statements of Account (SOA) against outstanding invoices in the system
- Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate relevant updates
- Prepare monthly financial schedules and reports
- Provide administrative support for office operations
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Accountant
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
