Accounts Assistant (GST/ Bank Reconciliation)

• Position : Accounts Assistant (GST/ Bank Reconciliation)
• Location : Bartley (16 mins walk to MRT- Bartley)
• Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + $30/monthly- Medical Claim
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Business and management consultancy services

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform carpark administrative duties
• Handle client's enquiries through calls and email
• Handle client's invoices in a timely manner
• Assist in processing and updating client's data
• Perform month-end closing duties/ financial report
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
• Perform month end closing and prepare reconciliation for GL account
• Liaise with insurance agent for car park equipment, bankers guarantee
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, banker and tax agents
• Other adhoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• At least Degree in Accounting.
• At least 1 years experience in Accounting
• Knowledge of Moneyworks or other accounting software
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin
