Job Scope
The candidate would be required to handle the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The duties include the following:
- Verify suppliers invoices and prepare for payments
- Key in daily transactions (receipts and payments) into Sysfreight system
- Any other accounts related duties
Requirements:
- Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Accounting
- Must be familiar with accounting double entry
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in using Sysfreight system would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge forMS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.
- Able to commit for overtime when required
