Execute full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and statements to inform management decision-making
Monitor and analyze job costing for marine engine manufacturing and repair projects to ensure budget adherence and cost control
Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection processes to optimize cash flow and customer account accuracy
Track inventory levels and workshop expenses to support operational efficiency and cost management
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards
Support budgeting processes and perform additional finance-related tasks to contribute to strategic financial planning
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Four years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or marine industries
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced use of MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements relevant to the industry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across functions and with external partners
