Job Roles & Responsibilities:
. Prepare full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, bookkeeping
. Prepare cost & revenue allocations to respective categories
. Prepare and send tax invoices, credit notes, etc.
. Prepare bank payments, including cross-border foreign currency payments
. Monitor & Reconcile AR/AP, including bank transactions, collections & payments
. Closing, preparation & filing of GST, financial reports and annual returns
. Monitor and manage cash flow, budget, and corporate tax matters
. Liaise with customers and coordinate with management & operations team
. Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
. CAT, ACCA, LCCI, or Diploma, Degree qualification in accounting discipline
. Minimum 2 years book-keeping and accounting experience
. Tech-savvy & Experience in using accounting software like Xero, and banking & payment platforms
. Proficiency in MS Excel and ACRA XBRL accounting format
. Excellent communication skills with positive attitude & attention to details
