Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant based in Singapore. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining petty cash, supporting credit control activities, and ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping. Other responsibilities include assisting with finance-related tasks and providing general support to the accounting team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Accounting and Finance principles
  • Effective Communication skills for professional interaction and collaboration
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with accounting software and tools is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
