Job Specializations: Accounts assistant cum Shipping & Admin
Accounts Duties:
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and billing
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Any other duties as assigned.
Freight Forwarding / Shipping Duties:
- Prepare and process shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters and customers
- Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
- Arrange cargo booking and schedule shipments
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company procedures
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/College, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Able to work as a team with positive working attitude and willing to learn

- Working Location: Kaki Bukit Road
- Working Days Per Week: 5.5 Day
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30am to 6:30pm) Saturday (9:30am to 1:30pm)
