Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Admin to support daily accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Duties:

  • Handle Accounts Payable
  • Process payments and statement reconciliations
  • Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
  • Ensure the transactions are accurately keyed in accounting system.
  • Liaise with external vendors on invoices and handle discrepancies.
  • Monthly payment and expenses reconciliation.
  • Assist in GST submissions and audit preparation
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle general administrative and office support tasks
  • Manage office documentation and filing systems
  • Purchase order for office supplies, and general office maintenance
  • Support HR and management with ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / LCCI / Accounting qualification or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred but not a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
