Accounts Assistant/Clerk

Job Description:

1. Calculate the cost of imported equipment;

2. Collect and Review the reimbursement forms from the sales department,Submit for approval from the finance manager and general manager,record in Excel in good order after approval;

3. Pay attention to the payment according to the contract rule,remind salesman to collect when overdue;

4. Other work finance manager arrange

Requirements:

1. Major in Finance/Accountant

2.Good in English and Chinese;

3. Skilled in using WORD/EXECL/PPT applications
